Meet Our Team
Matt has over 20 years of sales and management experience in tile, pools, decorative concrete, OEM and private labeling. Life outside of work centers around family, hopefully on a surfboard and definitely on the slopes. If you can’t get a hold of him, he’s likely traveling somewhere, stealing a moment to enjoy trees, mountains, an alpine lake….or maybe just some legit tacos at that beach paradise we’ve all been trying to find. Amy has been immersed in tile, design, pools and travel for over 20 years. Her design work in textiles transitioned early on to designing glass mosaics and tile, and now continues to expand in the pool and outdoor space. Her happy place is by the bonfire at the Crowsnest Cabin in Coeur d’Alene ID. If she manages to escape the country unnoticed, send a search party to the last great place on earth, Koh Jum. Luke is a Maker, down to his core. With over 20 years of tile, mosaic and swimming pool experience, he’s happy to pony up with a craft beer and talk shop, but more often than not, you’ll end up going down some wild music rabbit hole with him. His happy place is … “Anywhere cold, with pine trees in the view.” He is well known for his bundt cakes and if he’s not in the kitchen tinkering, he’s prob in a pool, making a mosaic masterpiece while listening to comedy podcasts on Spotify.
