Our monolithic pre-cast concrete plunge pool is a step above the rest. The refined result means the pool interior can be economically finished in-house with diamond-tough VESSELKote. Alternatively, the interior can be fully customized on-site with glass mosaics or porcelain tile. Our engineering team includes world-renowned Watershape Consulting Inc. Unique features include our integrated skimmer, and grand diagonal entry. By integrating the skimmer within the pool form, our streamlined footprint makes above-ground or partially above-ground installations possible without the need to design around the skimmer located outside the pool. Other design upgrades include a cast-in-place umbrella sleeve to provide integrated shade. Builders will be thrilled to discover our hydrostatic valve design that simplifies their onsite installation process.
Plunge Pools are designed with a compact footprint while maintaining a 48″-60″ depth: ideal for standing, swimming, and ‘plunging’. There is no “shallow end” or diving depth. A plunge pool is more economical to heat or to chill than a traditional pool. Rectangular models are easily fitted with a manual or auto-cover to maximize energy efficiency while minimizing evaporation, chemical consumption and overall maintenance. The concrete pool shell, complete with standard interior finish, light, skimmer, and preinstalled plumbing fittings can ship as quickly as 4 weeks from order date. Customizations extend lead time.
Pool installations require permits and licensed subcontractors to properly complete the work. It is not recommended to take on a pool install as a DIY project. We are happy to connect customers to our builder partners.
Your municipality may require safety fencing, safety lock/alarms on points of entry from house, a fenced yard, or other safety measures. These measures are for your protection and for the safety of anyone who may enter the pool area. Depending on your city requirements, some types of pool covers may qualify as safety barriers while protecting your new pool, thus eliminating the need for fencing. Your builder will be able to help you understand the required and safest approach.
Absolutely! One reason we developed this product was to provide the industry with a pool that is a streamlined, tile-ready substrate. A VESSEL Pool can be tiled by any quality tile contractor. We even provide installation instructions so that ambitious DIYers with some tile skills can do their own tile work. Our standard pools typically ship within 30 days of order. Customizations will impact delivery timeline.
The builder is responsible for ordering/scheduling the crane. We provide a lifting schematic and instructions for the crane operator.
We understand that builders have existing relationships with equipment manufacturers. Our goal is to simplify your process. We provide equipment package recommendations that are optimized for our pools, and our builders are encouraged to order equipment through their ordinary sales channels.
